Camcode Global have added a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to the Camcode Global ADF UID Portal. This is to increase the security and the integrity of the UID Database. Please follow the steps listed below to ensure you continue to have access to the system.
Step 1: Install the Open VPN Connect
Go to the following website and download the Open VPN Connect V3. This is the official OpenVPN Connect client software for Windows workstation platforms developed and maintained by OpenVPN Inc. This is the recommended client program by Camcode Global for use with the ADF UID Portal.

Step 2: Run the Open VPN connect Wizard
In order to install the VPN on your computer, you will need to find the VPN file that you downloaded from the website. Double click the file that you downloaded from the website and follow the self guided process to install the program.
Step 3: VPN Wizard
Follow along with all the images below to run the VPN wizard and install the Open VPN Connect Software. On the first screen click NEXT
Following that a new modal window will open and please check the box for "I accept the terms in the license Agreement" and click NEXT.
On the subsequent modal window, please click Install and this will install the Open VPN Connect software on your computer.
Step 4: VPN Configuration File
You will be provided with a VPN Configuration file from either Camcode Global or the ADF. If you don't have a file but you are approved to be logged into the system then please contact help@camcode.com or your ADF POC to provide you with the Config file. If you are experiencing any problems, please don’t hesitate to contact either group. This file is a one time process. The wizard will automatically open the software and you have to click the tab marked FILE as below.
On the next screen please click BROWSE
You will now need to find the Configuration file that you have been provided and click OPEN.
Once you have found the file click CONNECT on the subsequent screen. You are now connected to the VPN and you can process to australia.camcodedata.com to access the portal.
This is what is should look like when you are connected to the VPN. If you are not at this point then please contact the help desk for assistance.
Step 5: Subsequent use of the VPN
Every time you want to access the Camcode Global ADF UID Portal, you must be logged into the VPN service. You do this by finding the icon below and double clicking it. This will open the Open VPN Connect Service and you can toggle on and off the VPN by adjusted the button marked below on the Modal Window.
