Camcode Global have added Multi Factor Authentication to the Camcode Global ADF UID Portal. This is to increase the security and the integrity of the UID Database. Please follow the steps listed below to ensure you continue to have access to the system.
Step 1 : Install the Microsoft Authenticator App
Before you get started you will need to have an Authenticator App installed on your mobile device. Camcode recommend the Microsoft Authenticator App, which can be downloaded by searching for it either in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. You can also find a link to the Application on the following website.

Step 2: Login to the system
Once you have installed the app on you mobile device you will need to login to the application as normal on your computer at the following URL link. You will log in as normal using your user name and password. If you don't have a user name and password or you wish to request access to the system then either contact the UID Program Office within the ADF or email to Camcode at help@camcode.com and we will be able to assist you.

Step 3: Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication
Since this is the first time that you are enabling Muti-Factor Authentication you will need to click NEXT on the subsequent screen as below.
The Camcode Global ADF UID Portal will now present you with a barcode linked to your account as below. Please have the Microsoft Authenticator App open to continue.
Step 4 : How to use the Microsoft Authenticator App
Open the app on your mobile device and click the plus symbol in the top left hand corner.
Now select the option Other (Google, Facebook, etc.)
Now you must use the QR scanner that the Microsoft Authenticator App opened up and center it on the QR code on your screen. This will add the Camcode Global ADF UID Portal as an option on your authenticator app.
DO NOT USE THE QR CODE IN THE WORK INSTRUCTION, DO NOT USE ANY OTHER USERS QR CODE AND DO NOT SHARE YOUR QR CODE WITH ANY OTHER USER. IF YOU DO NOT SEE A QR CODE AND THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME SETTING IT UP OR YOU HAVE GOT A NEW PHONE OR YOU NEED A NEW QR CODE PLEASE CONTACT CAMCODE AT HELP@CAMCODE.COM FOR ASSISTANCE
Step 5: Use your TOKEN to login
The Microsoft Authenticator will provide you with a new TOKEN every 30 seconds and you will need to enter this on the next screen to gain access. You will also be automatically logged out of the system after your session has ended so you will need to get a new TOKEN to log into the system. The TOKEN is always 6 Digits long. The TOKEN in the next image will not work, you must use the TOKEN on your Mobile Device.
Enter the TOKEN on the Camcode Global ADF UID Portal as seen below and click NEXT. This will log you into the Portal and please go about your normal activities.
Step 6: Subsequent Logins
Every time you login for a subsequent session, you will enter your user name and password and you will need to get a new TOKEN from the Microsoft Authenticator App and enter on this screen and you will skip all other pervious steps.
