The system will automatically send tags that can be made on a cart to the cart when selected and it will alert the Project Manager that tags can only be made in Cleveland. At this point the user can either cancel and send all the tags to Cleveland or the order will split and send some to Cleveland and some to the cart.

The Project Manager will then go to the Batches screen within the Production module. On this screen the Project Manager will find all batches that are waiting to be sent to production. The user can select one or many of the batches to gang together and combine into one Sales Order. This is done by checking the check box and then clicking SEND SELECTED BATCHES TO PRODUCTION.

The Project Manager can now add the batches to an existing sales order or a new sales order.

All the batches will now appear in a Sales order and if the Project Manager has added all the jobs to it, can prepare the Sales Order to talk to AX. If there are more jobs to come then the Project Manager can still add them to the Sales Order. At this point if there is a problem with the order, then the Project Manager can click VOID and this will send all of the order back to the beginning again. Void Can only be pressed prior to the AX communication. Once the order has been sent to AX, then the Project Manager must contact the IT team as the order will have to removed from AX and voided by the IT team.

Once the Project Manager is ready to send to AX, press MAKE LIVE. This will allow AX to see the order. The project manager must now open AX. The screen will now say Sales order has been made live.

The Project Manager must now open AX, if they don't have access to AX, then please contact the IT team for access. The Project Manager must go to the Sales Area Page and look for the Import CCG Data link and click this to open the window that imports the order to AX.

The Project Manager will now see the Import Order modal window and pick the relevant country from the dropdown menu. Once the country is picked then the Project Manager clicks the IMPORT ORDER DATA button, this will pull in any Sales Order from the system that has not already been made and the MAKE LIVE button has been clicked. The new order will appear at the top of the list.

Once the Project Manager has imported the order, they need to locate is and then click the selector box beside the order and then click create Sales Order. This will then create all the sales orders and production orders for Camcode and write back all the information to the system to create all the production files and kitting paperwork which is then automatically send to Cleveland for production.

The final thing to do is to download the Sales Order summary file and send it along with the ship to location and the delivery date to the Camcode Customer Service team. All other files are automatically sent to Camcode Production.

Troubleshooting

If the Project Manager misses the order going to Cleveland then an automated email will go out one hour after the order becomes a batch to the Project Manager and the IT team, this will go out every day until the batch is actioned. If there are no batches then no email will be sent.
