If a user or multiple users import or reconcile data from a location and there is now multiple jobs to review which can be time consuming. A user can merge those order prior to review to make the process easier. This also will only create one batch for production. This will mean that only one kitting book will be sent to the installation team. To merge an order please follow these steps.


Step 1: Go to the UID projects tab and select the relevant project. 




Step 2: Select the relevant project you are working on.



Step 3: Click the Merge Orders Button.




Step 4: Filter by the location that you want to filter by


Step 5: Select the Job that you want to merge and then click the merge button. Jobs can only be merged if they haven't been sent to production. 




Step 6: This will create a new job called Merge #. The other two jobs will still exist but the data will have been removed from them and added to the new job. The user the proceeds by validating all the tags in this order and submitting it to production as per the normal process.
