When a Project Manager has completed all orders, they must alert the production team. This will allow Camcode Production Operator to create sales orders and all required production paperwork.
Step 1. A Camcode Production Operator will go to the Production tab and under the Batches tab will select one or more batches to make a sales order. They will do this by checking the box next to the order of one or more of the batches. This will merge the orders into one sales order.
Step 2: Once the Production Operator has selected all the required batches then they will click the send selected batches to production button.
Step 3: A Camcode Production Operator can then choose to create a new sales order or merge these batches to an existing sales order that has not interacted with AX yet. Once they have made the selection the user must click create a sales order.
